TDecryptEngine decrypts parts of application previously crypted by ACLib Protect.

Description
Decrypts code, which was previously encrypted with ACLib Protect by using LicenseFile. If LicenseFile doesn't exist, application is not decrypted. Decrypt process is activated by a call to the DecryptApplication method.
TDecryptEngine supports many EXE packers and was tested with UPX and PePack. It won't work with many EXE cryptors.
